During the summer of 2009, I went to Punjab, India for a intensive Punjabi language program, and before heading to India, I ventured up to Tibet and Nepal.
Here are a few photos from the amazing, surreal, yet very demanding trip to Tibet. It was neat to visit one of the few very remote, mostly untouched areas left in the world, and to have had the chance to go there before it's too late - meaning before it's completely changed and modernization has overtaken.
